Shipping Policy

Alcove Medical, Inc. ships clinical-grade atomization devices directly to verified healthcare facilities across the United States.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (or purchase order approval for institutional accounts). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

  • Standard Ground (UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days, depending on destination
  • Expedited (2-Day / Overnight): available on request for urgent clinical needs — contact us before placing your order
  • Freight: high-volume institutional orders may ship via palletized freight; our team will coordinate delivery scheduling with your receiving department

Transit times are estimates and begin when the carrier receives the shipment, not at order placement. Alcove Medical is not responsible for carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. For institutional accounts ordering on terms, shipping is billed on the invoice per the rates agreed in your procurement arrangement. Contact us about volume shipping programs for recurring or standing orders.

4. Delivery to Facilities

Orders ship directly to the facility address on the account. Please ensure your shipping address includes any required department, suite, dock, or receiving information. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Inspection upon Receipt

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to us within 5 business days at orders@alcovemedical.com. See our Return & Refund Policy for resolution details.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
